You can use copyrighted material on your site is you have the holders permission to do so. If
we find that you are in violation of U.S. copyright laws we have the right to suspend or cancel your hosting account at anytime.

you resell my contact information once I sign up for service?
No. We do not resell your contact
information to third party solicitors.
Is the domain registration fee refundable?
No. The registration fee is non-refundable. Once a domain is registered it can not be "un-registered".

Can anyone make changes to my account information?
Only account holders or authorized users my make changes to a web site's account information. To do so
you must have both the username and password for the hosting account.
Will I be able to run a warez site on your servers?
No. We do not permit illegal downloads from or to our servers. We have to right to suspend or cancel any
account found in violation of this policy.
Do you provide any type of Guarantee?
We provide a 30 day money back guarantee for clients who are unsatisfied
with their service. We do not refund the domain registration fee. To receive a refund you must fill
out a cancellation form.
